This was my child’s first haircut and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff were so kind, patient, and made my child feel completely at ease. They took their time and turned it into a really positive experience for us all. The cut was lovely and the whole atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I’m so glad we chose Capelli Belli for such a special first haircut and would highly recommend them.

Claudine was extremely patient with my son for his first ever haircut (age 2). He has very thick afro hair, and she has done a lovely dry cut to shape his curls. My sons hair is much more manageable now, and we will be recommending the salon to our friends, especially those with mixed/afro haired children.

Took my son for his first haircut here. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of the cut and the friendliness of the staff. They have endless patience with fidgety children! I don’t think there is anything they could do better. Even the cost of the cut seemed amazing value. I don’t live in London anymore, but will certainly be returning for my sons haircut. Absolutely incredible service every single time — they always go above and beyond. There are DVDs, special chairs, and plenty of entertainment for children, which makes such a difference when you’re juggling multiple kids. They’re so supportive and understanding, especially during those tough early days of motherhood. It truly feels like a safe, welcoming space filled with care, kindness, and joy.
I now go for my own hair too, and Dora does an amazing job every time. Visiting Capelli Belli feels like escaping into a little oasis — you leave feeling refreshed, confident, and delighted, whether you’re young or old. Highly recommend!
